At Nextiva, we're on a mission to help businesses create amazing customer experiences, turning everyday interactions into deeper, more meaningful relationships. We're looking for a dynamic Territory Partner Manager to join our team and power growth through strong, strategic partnerships.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of Nextiva's channel ecosystem, blending your passion for customer experience solutions, channel strategy, and enablement to help partners WIN WITH NEXTIVA. You'll bring energy, insight, and creativity to build impactful partner relationships, driving pipeline and delivering on Nextiva's promise to empower exceptional customer journeys.

What You'll Do:

  • Own a high-impact portfolio of channel partners, identifying, recruiting, and enabling partners with the hunger and capability to lead with Nextiva's industry-leading CX and collaboration solutions.
  • Create and execute territory strategies that drive partner-led pipeline, revenue growth, and long-term success through segmentation, prioritization, and tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Set clear expectations and joint objectives with partners, ensuring they're equipped with enablement resources, marketing support, and technical tools to succeed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Training, and Product teams to fully enable partners to sell and deliver Nextiva solutions effectively.
  • Maintain close alignment with Channel Sales and field sales leadership, delivering consistent pipeline forecasting and exceeding territory revenue goals.
  • Conduct insightful partner business reviews, using data-driven insights to optimize partner performance, accelerate growth, and seize new opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advocate and escalation point for partners, ensuring internal stakeholders hear and respond to partner feedback and market insights.
  • Leverage advanced AI-driven insights to identify high-potential partners, whitespace opportunities, and risks, translating data into actionable strategies for engagement and growth.
  • Partner internally to continuously improve data quality and system usability (e.g., Salesforce), enabling enhanced AI-driven decision-making and partner success.

Role Requirements:

  • Location: Must reside in Washington, Colorado, or Utah
  • Travel: 50-75%

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of channel sales experience, ideally within the CCaaS/CX industry.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and retain strategic partners with demonstrable impact on partner-driven growth.
  • Track record of building and executing successful partner business and marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder with a keen understanding of partner economics.
  • Adaptability, self-direction, and a collaborative spirit; thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • High-energy professional who is organized, analytical, and motivated by strategic growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to manage partner relationships, analyze pipeline health, and track sales performance.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to analyze partner performance metrics (such as win rates, revenue trends, and pipeline opportunities) and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for strategic territory planning and partner prioritization.
