Job Summary:
Cato Networks is pioneering the convergence of enterprise networking and security into a centralized cloud service. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical resource for their field sales force, responsible for driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities:
โข Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects
โข Development and delivery of product demonstrations
โข Presenting the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
โข Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
โข Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
โข Travel throughout sales territory
Qualifications:
Required:
โข 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role
โข Proven track record in software sales
โข Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including: LAN and WAN technologies, Switching and routing, Security (Firewalls and Filtering technologies), Cloud
โข Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports
โข Organized, analytical, creative and adaptive in approach and finding solutions
