Job Summary:
Cato Networks is pioneering the convergence of enterprise networking and security into a centralized cloud service. They are seeking a Sales Engineer to act as a technical resource for their field sales force, responsible for driving the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide technical validation of Cato Networks solutions to prospects
โ€ข Development and delivery of product demonstrations
โ€ข Presenting the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
โ€ข Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
โ€ข Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
โ€ข Travel throughout sales territory
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 4+ years of Pre-Sales or Consulting experience working with network and/or cloud security products in a customer-facing role
โ€ข Proven track record in software sales
โ€ข Comprehensive understanding of networking technology, including: LAN and WAN technologies, Switching and routing, Security (Firewalls and Filtering technologies), Cloud
โ€ข Strong presentation skills and written communication in emails, RFPs, and reports
โ€ข Organized, analytical, creative and adaptive in approach and finding solutions
