Job description

Welcome to the future of cloud networking and security!

Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato's unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named "SASE" by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028.
This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don't miss it!

We are looking for an experienced Channel Revenue Operations professional to join our growing team.

Cato is a channel-first company. This is not just a statement—it is how we operate. 100% of our sales are sourced, driven, or transacted by our channel partners. As such, Channel Revenue Operations plays a pivotal role in Cato's worldwide sales execution through analytics, governance, and proactive communication. The team is also responsible for planning, designing, and leading cross-organizational initiatives that improve business operations, visibility, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings Revenue/Sales Operations experience from a channel-first SaaS company. You understand channel sales business models and have hands-on experience designing and improving the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding through deal registration, quoting, opportunity management, incentives, and beyond. You are comfortable working with sales and channel KPIs and using data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

As a US-based remote employee reporting to our Israel headquarters, you are highly organized, self-motivated, a strong team player, and an excellent communicator.

  • Serve as the central point of contact for Americas Channel Sales
  • Support and manage the partner lifecycle from onboarding to full ramp
  • Drive channel-led sales processes and analytics

  • Analyze channel KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ease of doing business
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the Channel team and leadership
  • Prepare business reviews for partners, including pipeline, deal registration, win rates, focus areas, events, and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure governance of channel rules of engagement
  • Maintain channel database integrity within Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Support global channel processes, projects, and system testing (UAT)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Channel Revenue/Sales Operations within a channel-first SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
  • Experience with BI tools and SQL – an advantage
  • Highly self-motivated, well-organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including working with developers to design, test processes, and build reports and dashboards
  • Experience with partner portal tools – an advantage
  • Service-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude – a must
  • Willingness to travel (domestic: 4–6 times per year; international: ~2 times per year)
