  • Establish AI governance and best practices.
  • Build prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training materials
  • Partner with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Improve communication workflows using AI.
  • Spearhead AI communications strategy, leveraging Copilot AI Agents and emerging AI tools to enable agentic, scalable communications capabilities.
  • Establish AI governance and best practices for AI-enabled, human-inspected workflows.
  • Develop AI prompt engineering libraries, playbooks, and training to drive AI adoption across AT&T Business.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities, streamline intake and execution processes, and accelerate speed to market.
