Junior Ecommerce & Creative Coordinator


Bring Products to Life. Build Brands. Power Ecommerce.


We areseeking a talented Junior Ecommerce & Creative Coordinator to join our growing Ecommerce & Product Content team. This is a unique opportunity for a creative professional who loves graphic design, branding, product packaging, AI-powered content creation, and ecommerce.

This role is approximately:


  • 60% Creative Design & Production
  • 40% Ecommerce Content & Product Listings

You'll play a key role in creating packaging, catalogs, marketing assets, and ecommerce content that support thousands of products sold across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Faire, Shopify, Magento, Etsy, eBay, and other major marketplaces.


What You'll Do


Graphic Design & Packaging


  • Design retail and wholesale product packaging for multiple Portofino brands
  • Create print-ready production files including die-lines, barcodes, bleeds, and color profiles
  • Coordinate with purchasing and factories to review proofs and ensure production accuracy
  • Maintain brand consistency across all packaging projects

Catalog Production

  • Build and edit our annual product catalog using Adobe InDesign
  • Manage catalog layouts, product placement, typography, and page design
  • Ensure accurate product representation and professional presentation
  • Participate in seasonal catalog production and proofing cycles


Marketing & Content Creation

  • Design web banners, email graphics, social media content, promotional materials, and sales sheets
  • Create product lifestyle imagery using AI-assisted creative tools
  • Produce polished, brand-accurate visual content for digital and print channels
  • Support photography needs through advanced image editing and compositing


Ecommerce Product Content

  • Build and optimize product listings in Plytix (PIM)
  • Create product titles, descriptions, attributes, and media assets
  • Support product feed distribution to major marketplaces
  • Improve listing quality, completeness, and compliance across selling channels


Required Qualifications

Design Skills


  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
  • Understanding of print production, color management, barcodes, and packaging workflows
  • Professional design portfolio required (packaging, catalog, branding, marketing, or related work)


AI-Assisted Creative Experience


  • Experience using AI tools as part of a creative workflow
  • Familiarity with:
    • Adobe Firefly
    • Midjourney
  • Ability to produce professional work that looks polished, authentic, and brand-consistent—not obviously AI-generated


Ecommerce & Technical Skills

  • Comfortable working with structured product data and web-based platforms
  • Basic spreadsheet and CSV experience
  • Prior experience with ecommerce platforms, PIM systems, or marketplaces is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established workflows
