Job description

T3 is seeking a Email Production Coordinator who is responsible for building, deploying, and scaling email campaigns across T3 Services Group's portfolio of seven brands. This role serves as a critical extension of the Marketing team by increasing production capacity and accelerating the execution of customer marketing campaigns that drive bookings, revenue, retention, and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer and highly organized marketing professional who enjoys creating email content, working with customer data, building targeted audiences, and executing campaigns. This position is focused on operational execution rather than strategy development.
The Email Production Coordinator will utilize ServiceTitan and other marketing tools to build customer segments, create email campaigns, manage scheduling, maintain quality assurance standards, and support lifecycle marketing initiatives across all brands. The role is expected to support the production of approximately 100-120 emails per month.
This role is part-time (estimated 20 hours weekly) and temporary for 90 days.
What will you be doing?
  • Build, schedule, test, and deploy marketing email campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Create promotional, seasonal, lifecycle, membership, and customer reactivation campaigns.
  • Produce approximately 100-120 emails per month
  • Ensure all campaigns are accurately scheduled and delivered according to marketing calendars.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to verify accuracy, links, audience selection, and branding consistency.
  • Maintain email production best practices and documentation.
  • Write compelling customer-facing email content designed to generate bookings, increase engagement, and support customer retention.
  • Adapt messaging for multiple brands while maintaining each brand's unique voice.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to align content with business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Work within customer databases and ServiceTitan to identify target audiences and create email distribution lists.
  • Segment customers based on behaviors, demographics, service history, memberships, and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain list accuracy and support ongoing database hygiene efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help reduce marketing execution bottlenecks by increasing campaign deployment capacity.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to prioritize campaign requests.
  • Coordinate with brand leaders to ensure timely communication of promotions and customer initiatives.

Experience Needed:
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, marketing coordination, communications, or customer marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building and scheduling campaigns in a marketing automation platform
  • Experience tracking and reporting campaign performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing customer data and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred experience in Service Titan or a similar CRM/marketing platform.
