  • Catalog Production: Maintain and update company catalogs using Adobe InDesign.
  • Print & Promotional Materials: Create and update flyers, menus, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Graphic Design Support: Assist the Creative Artist with overflow projects, revisions, resizing, and production work.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files and marketing assets.
  • Cross-Department Support: Assist with events, email marketing, donation requests, social media, communications, and special projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign, preferred.
  • Driven, proactive, and ready to learn.
  • Team Player: Comfortable taking direction and jumping in wherever needed.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage revisions, proofing, and production schedules with accuracy
  • Responsiveness: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, communicate proactively, and respond to team requests in a timely manner during business hours.

Full-time position requiring 40 - 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This position is based on-site at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center in Robinson Township, PA.
