Job description

Company Overview

Founded in 2007, Cristaux International is a fast-growing, creative, and energetic company. We specialize in custom recognition awards and program solutions that help organizations drive success. Obsessed with the art of storytelling, we design and manufacture brand-centric creations that celebrate people and commemorate accomplishments all over the world. Our factory-to-consumer direct approach has given us the ability to bring design concepts to life in the most efficient and timely manner. We challenge customer visions, push the bounds of industry standards, and simply raise the bar on every idea we encounter. We are not a typical 9-5 company. We encourage and welcome out-of-the-box ideas that will pave the path for change and inspire future growth!

Position Overview

We are looking for a personable, energetic, and highly detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is an evolution of our Sales + Order Processing function, expanded to include ownership of our eCommerce platform database. You will provide vital support to our sales team and customers while also serving as the primary administrator responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and growth of our online product catalog.

You will work directly with the Sales + Marketing Manager to process administrative documentation within our CRM and Project Management systems, while also taking the lead on SKU entry, product data management, and platform audits. We seek a highly organized, collaborative individual with a proven track record of navigating across departments to swiftly address internal requests and external inquiries - all while keeping a sharp eye on data quality and customer satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for working in a creative, niche industry, with the ability to support multiple teams including marketing, production, and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Order Entry Support

  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences, fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as a bridge between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication in regards to orders.
  • Engage as a point of contact for lower-tier customers for order renewals and order processing needs.
  • Provide lower-tier customers with creative solutions utilizing our eCommerce store.
  • Input, verify, and transfer customer and account information between the Trello system and Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM.
  • Interact professionally with customers through written and verbal channels, delivering messaging concisely and professionally.
  • Proactively address customer issues and provide troubleshooting assistance.

ECommerce Platform & Database Management

  • Working closely with our Ecommerce & Sales Support Specialist to monitor additions and subtractions of skus on ecommerce.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the eCommerce platform database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness across all product listings.
  • Enter new SKUs into the eCommerce platform and internal systems, ensuring all product attributes, descriptions, pricing, and imagery are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct regular audits of the eCommerce platform and internal product database to identify and resolve discrepancies, outdated listings, or missing information.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of proven success in B2B sales support, customer service, or eCommerce operations.
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and product database management (SKU entry, catalog audits, product data hygiene).
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Dynamics and Trello is a plus.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Familiarity with order management programs.
  • Basic marketing knowledge and experience is desired, but not required.
  • Understanding of the promotional products industry is extremely helpful.
  • An appreciation for design and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
