Job Description

Responsible for coaching, supervising and supporting the Casino Dealers. Supervise and oversee table games and team members to ensure that the safety, integrity, security and company/regulatory policies/procedures of the above are upheld. Maintain superior customer service by identifying, cultivating and improving the established player base. Maintain a professional image while supervising the assigned games and protecting company assets.

Job Functions

  • Coach and support Casino Dealers on a continuous basis.
  • Customer Relations/Service: Ratings – establish player level.
  • Respond to various questions, inquires, complaints, needs and disputes.
  • Interact with customers creating a friendly environment to promote repeat business.
  • Oversee/supervise assigned table games, maintain proper game pace. Observe/train/evaluate Casino Dealers according to correct procedures, payouts and customer service.
  • Maintain integrity of assigned areas.
  • Perform Fills, Credits, and other Casino Pit paperwork as required.
  • Maintain/keep track of proper levels of chips on the tables.
  • Calculate and document related history as it applies to daily casino operations.
  • Inspect equipment: tables, dice, cards, electronic devices, wheels, properly check equipment for flaws in accordance with Internal Controls.
  • Miscellaneous activities as assigned by manager/supervisor: various projects, activities, meetings, programs assigned to individual/team/entire group as required or as need arises.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Solid customer relation skills and professional image.
  • Thorough knowledge of at least two major casino games; knowledge of all games, preferred.
  • Supervisory skills in order to direct, coach and motivate people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to observe and listen carefully, mental and visual alertness, peripheral vision and good eye/hand coordination.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English.
  • Displays knowledge of game protection and security procedures, i.e. basic strategy.
  • Competent in basic strategy and card counting.
  • Knowledge of Title 31, Internal Controls and all Federal / State requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Company policies and procedures.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.

Additional Information

Compensation pay range - $30.00 - $37.44 an hour
