Job Overview:
The Executive Host builds and maintains relationships with targeted gaming customers. Ensures proactive and on-going communication with target customers through outbound phone, face to face interactions, emails and letters. Sells and promotes property using pertinent and appropriate offers, property amenities, special events and promotions that drive property visits. The Executive Host offers complimentaries using established and approved guidelines, as well as, good judgment. Leverages property amenities and marketing program to drive customer loyalty and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Extends complimentary items and services to our guests by analyzing a guestโ€™s play that is within the established guidelines
  • Recruits new mid and high level players through various marketing activities such as direct mailers, telemarketing, referrals, on-floor monitoring of play and off-site functions
  • Attracts, develops and maintains relationships with target customers through the delivery of personalized service
  • Greets and hosts target customers while on property; Arranges and assures execution of special services
  • Ensures and promotes target customers have a playerโ€™s club card in use while on property
  • Arranges for appropriate level of complementaries during visit
  • Utilizes HMS as a tool to document, track, and develop pipeline
  • Appropriately resolves/deters customer complaints
  • Assists with the development and execution of special events that promote or stimulate revenue growth
  • Markets and fills promotional events, both hosted and casino related
  • Conducts phone marketing to target customers; Invites them to the property or to special events
  • Collaborates with work-group and other support departments to ensure target customer satisfaction
  • Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins
  • Attains goals to meet company objectives
  • Keeps informed of all promotions, special events, daily facility hours of operation and all other relevant guest information
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Three (3) yearsโ€™ experience as a successful Casino Host or Executive Hostโ€“ required
    • OR five (5) yearsโ€™ experience in a Casino Marketing Supervisory or Management positionโ€“ required
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal skillsโ€“ required
  • Previous experience making sound business decisions using detailed player statisticsโ€“ required
  • Successful previous experience dealing with difficult customers; Must be able to resolve customer issues/complaints in a rational manner
  • Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition
  • Must work very flexible hours including week-ends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
  • Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
  • Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
Base Pay:
  • Pay range - $77,200 - $95,300 (The base pay will depend factors such as experience level and skillset.)
