This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced law firm environment and enjoys providing comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal teams.The successful candidate will play an essential role in keeping legal matters organized, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering exceptional service to attorneys, clients, courts, and internal stakeholders. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal professionals.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, agreements, reports, and client communications.
  • Coordinate attorney calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Monitor court deadlines, case milestones, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Electronically file legal documents with federal, state, and local courts.
  • Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical case files.
  • Coordinate client meetings while providing exceptional professional client service.
  • Process billing support activities including time entry, expense reimbursements, reporting, and billing inquiries.
  • Maintain Continuing Legal Education (CLE) records and attorney compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, court personnel, vendors, clients, and internal departments to support efficient case management.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of legal assistant or legal administrative experience within a law firm.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience proofreading, formatting, and preparing complex legal documents.
  • Experience utilizing electronic court filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple deadlines within a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • U.S. citizens only.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Kofax/Nuance, InTapp, LMS+, iManage, or similar legal software platforms.

  • Knowledge of attorney billing support, expense reimbursement processing, and CLE administration.
  • Strong understanding of legal document management systems.

  • Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
