Job description

KSA Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides business and management solutions through two core portfolios: (1) Warrior Readiness, and (2) Warrior Care. We are a rapidly growing government contractor that has built a reputation for focused customer service, on-time performance, and continuous improvement. To demonstrate this, KSA has been awarded the Inc. Best Workplaces, a prestigious list of businesses recognized for the value placed on company culture, standout worker benefits, and the prioritization of employee well-being, every year from 2019 to 2025. KSA also earned recognition on the Best for Vets List by Military Times from 2019 to 2025 and garnered the Department of Labor "Hire Vets" Platinum Medallion Award from 2021 to 2025.
Position Overview: This position supports the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management Support as a Aeromedical Case Processor. Nearly 70,000 Air Force Reservists depend on timely aeromedical case processing to stay ready to fly, deploy, and serve, and this program keeps that pipeline moving for the Office of the Command Surgeon, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, at Robins AFB, Georgia. In this role, you keep Reservists' aeromedical cases moving: receiving case files, verifying completeness, entering and updating cases in Air Force medical systems, chasing missing documentation from field units, and tracking every case to decision.
This Position is Contingent Upon Award
Benefits:
  • Full Health & Welfare benefit delivery per the Service Contract Act, provided in addition to the hourly wage rate (Wage Determination 2015-4495, Houston/Peach Counties, GA)
  • 11 paid federal holidays
  • 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year
  • Paid sick leave
  • Mission-first veteran culture
  • Full paid training and certification program - you will be trained and certified on every system and case type before working independently

Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $21.48 per hour plus full Health & Welfare benefits
Number of Openings: 4
Location: On-site, Robins AFB, Warner Robins, GA. Standard weekday schedule, 0800-1600, no weekends. Limited situational telework.
Anticipated Start Date: 31 August 2026 (pending contract award)
Position Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update cases in AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, and MEDXS; keep every system current and in agreement.
  • Review case files for completeness against Air Force medical standards; request corrections from reserve medical units in writing.
  • Track cases through review; keep units informed of status; compile final dispositions and member mail-outs.
  • Coordinate exam scheduling with military and civilian providers.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
  • 2+ years of medical records or medical administrative experience; military medical environment preferred (USAF PES, MTF, aeromedical, or equivalent).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Medical terminology and ICD-10 familiarity; accurate high-volume data entry (QWERTY and 9-key); Microsoft Office and PDF proficiency.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation; current or prior investigation is a plus.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Prior 4N0X1 Aerospace Medical Service, AF medical records, or MTF experience.
  • AIMWTS or PEPP fluency.
  • Military spouse or veteran with base access history.

KSA Integration is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Veterans and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply.
