Job description

Rite of Passage Team is Hiring an ORR Assistant Lead Case Manager Bilingual at Sycamore Canyon Academy in Oracle, Arizona.  Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!

(Office of Refugee and Resettlement) Assistant Lead Case Manager is responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the case management department including timely submission of case recommendations for the program. Under the direct supervision of the ORR Lead Case Manager, and working closely with the Program Director, Program Manager and other department leads.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:

  • Possess a BA/BS in related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • At least 3 years of progressive employment experience that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
  • Prior case management experience preferred, at least 1 year in child welfare required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal background clearance checks, drug screening, physical examination, and TB test.
  • Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects.
