Position Summary

Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Advanced Practice Providers provide high-quality, patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. This role supports the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients within a specialty or multispecialty practice. These roles function with a high degree of clinical autonomy while adhering to evidence-based practice standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams.
  • Provide care for patients in clinic, hospital, ICU, specialty units, or community-based settings as assigned.
  • Perform and/or assist with procedures relevant to the specialty, with training and supervision provided as needed.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
  • Monitor patient progress, response to treatment, and clinical outcomes; adjust care plans accordingly.
