A growing healthcare organization specializing in workers' compensation case management is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone organized, dependable, and genuinely motivated by helping injured workers get the care they need to return to work.

What You'll Do

  • Process and manage medical records and time-sensitive documents

  • Draft professional correspondence — emails, letters, faxes, forms

  • Handle data entry into the case management system (new referrals, user profiles, provider info)

  • Monitor multiple inboxes and route requests (new file setups, print/mail, contractor submissions)

  • Answer and direct calls professionally

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and office logistics

  • Assist with billing/invoicing review and payment processing

  • Manage subpoena and medical records requests with discretion

  • Set up new hires in the system (profiles, badges, business cards)

  • Support cross-training into additional responsibilities as you grow in the role
