Minimum 1-year current acute Care Case Manager RN experience
RN or Licensed social worker
BLS
Active KS licensure
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

These units have consistent physicians and mid-levels to work closely with. CPCU is our cardiac step-down unit and where our CABG and TAVR patients go. There are some post-acute placements, but many go home with cardiac rehab.
PCU- is a medical step-down unit with a variety of patients.
Overall, our case management team is very welcoming, very collaborative and helpful. The team is always willing to answer questions and support new staff.
