Job description

Job description: We are seeking for a Case manager who has experience with EB3 visas. Provides a client service-based approach to businesses that require visa service for their employees. The case manager will have primary responsibility for working on immigration petitions, extensions, and others. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for various immigration applications with strict deadlines;
  • Ensure that applications are free of mistakes and include all essential information required to meet regulations;
  • Communicate on behalf of clients with State Workforce Agencies, Department of Labor, and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services;
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential case files on company's proprietary platform;
  • Performs advanced case work with limited attorney supervision;
  • Serves as a main point of contact for specific clients and regularly communicates regarding procedural and case processing issues;
  • Maintains consistent lines of communication with other team members to ensure questions are answered and tasks are completed;
  • And other tasks as requested/needed

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Requirement
  • 1-2 years of experience in immigration law
  • Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with employment-based immigration (including E-B3 PERM filings)
