We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Vietnamese) Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with organizing case files, communicating with clients in both languages, and facilitating a variety of tasks in the prelitigation phase of personal injury cases.
About the role
Client Communications:
  • Assist in communicating with clients to gather initial case information, update them on case status and address inquiries
  • Maintain a positive and client-focused approach in all interactions.
    Case File Organization:
  • Aid in the organization and maintenance of pre-litigation case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in tracking and updating case information in the case management system
    Document Preparation:
  • Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for case evaluations, including summaries, timelines, and client communications
  • Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, files, and accessible for case managers
    Medical Records Coordination:
  • Support in coordinating the retrieval of medical records and bills relevant to pre-litigation cases
  • Liaise with medical providers to gather necessary documentation
    Task Coordination:
  • Assist in coordinating tasks related to the pre-litigation process, ensuring timelines are met
  • Collaborate with legal professionals to facilitate case progression
    Client Advocacy:
  • Uphold a client-focused approach, advocating for client needs and ensuring a positive client experience
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to case managers
    Administrative Support:
