Job Description:
US Advisors is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Case Management Specialists to support daily federal law enforcement operations at Camp East Montana (CEM) in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for performing case management functions including case file administration, data entry, documentation processing, and coordination of detainee case activities. This position supports U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by ensuring that all administrative and case documentation is accurate, complete, and prepared to support immigration proceedings, transfers, releases, and removals.
The ideal candidate is bilingual English/Spanish, proactive, efficient, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  • Case File Management & Data Entry
    • Maintain and update detainee case files
    • Perform data entry and updates in ICE systems
    • Ensure all records are audit-ready
  • Document Control & Processing
    • Prepare, review, and organize case documentation
    • Validate completeness and accuracy of documentation
    • Maintain organized records in compliance with federal standards and data security requirements
  • Docket & Case Coordination
    • Support court and docket coordination activities
    • Coordinate with ICE personnel to ensure readiness for scheduled events
    • Monitor case status and ensure timely updates and follow-through
  • Detainee Communications Management
    • Receive, log, and track detainee communications
    • Escalate urgent issues to leadership
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Provide administrative support to ICE personnel and program leadership
    • Maintain logs, trackers, and reports related to case management activities
    • Support intake/outtake case processing functions, as required

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more year(s) of proven experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Office 365)
  • Experience with data entry
  • Understanding of case management, record tracking, and records management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) in a professional setting
  • Experience supporting immigration, legal, or case management operations
  • Familiarity with case tracking systems and records management processes (e.g., immigration, healthcare, logistics, social services, legal, insurance, NGOs)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Work Schedule:
  • Fully onsite at Camp East Montana (CEM), El Paso, TX
  • Operations run 0700 to 1900 (7 AM to 7 PM) Monday through Sunday
  • Specialists will be assigned to 12-hour shifts
    • Day: 0700 - 1900
  • Standard schedule: 12-hour shifts each week (alternating 3- and 4-day work week)
  • Overtime will be made available
  • Offer is contingent on candidates passing a thorough background check for federal employment. This position requires a background investigation, including a criminal history check, as part of the employment process. Successful completion of this background investigation is a condition of employment. The background investigation will include verification of employment history, education, and other relevant information as determined by the agency.

Compensation:
  • $28 - $32/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
