In addition to strong relationships with several well-respected institutions across various sectors in the greater Boston Area, South Coast Improvement has 85% repeat business with some of the largest providers of Senior Living and Affordable housing along the East Coast.

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of various carpentry techniques and tools.

Responsibilities
- Execute carpentry projects according to blueprints or schematics
- Perform stucco, siding, and concrete forming tasks
- Install flooring and hang doors with precision
- Collaborate with construction site teams to ensure project completion

Experience

  • Proven experience in carpentry, particularly in restoration projects
  • Proficiency in a variety of carpentry skills including flooring installation, siding, and door hangings
  • Has worked in a commercial setting as a carpenter for 2years
  • Has experience completing punch lists
  • Can perform additional handyman type activities

Requirements:

  • Previous construction site experience
  • Own basic hand tools
  • Your own reliable transportation
  • Willingness to undergo background check

Pay and Benefits:
