What does a carpenter project manager do?

A Carpenter Project Manager oversees construction projects that involve carpentry work, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They coordinate teams of carpenters, allocate resources, interpret blueprints, and communicate with clients and subcontractors. Additionally, they manage schedules, inspect work for compliance with codes and plans, and handle any issues that arise during the project. Their role combines hands-on carpentry expertise with strong project management and leadership skills.
