Job description

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $60,000 - $85,000 Annually

Schedule: Full-Time | Remote

Candidates with active nursing licensure and experience supporting enteral nutrition patients are encouraged to apply.

As a Telephonic Nurse, you will provide clinical support and education to patients receiving home enteral therapy. This role serves as a key resource for patients, caregivers, and internal teams by conducting post-discharge assessments, answering clinical questions, and helping ensure successful treatment outcomes. This is a fully remote position ideal for a compassionate nurse who thrives in a patient-focused environment and enjoys providing support through telephonic care.

What You'll Do:

• Contact new patients within 24-48 hours of discharge to complete nursing assessments
• Provide clinical guidance and education to patients and caregivers regarding enteral therapy
• Troubleshoot concerns and support successful treatment adherence
• Respond to patient and caregiver calls involving clinical questions or issues
• Escalate patient concerns to the Clinical Director when appropriate
• Serve as a clinical resource for patient care, sales, and operational teams
• Participate in patient education and nutrition-related projects
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within company systems

Schedule & Availability Requirements:

• This position follows a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week

• Participation in a rotating weekend schedule is required (approximately one weekend every five weeks)

• Participcation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required

• Due to operational neets and team coverage requirements, preference will be given to candidates residing in the Pacifc or Mountain time zones. Candidates in the Central time zone may be considered based on experience and overall fit.

• Strong self-management and time-management skills

Position Qualifications:

• Nursing degree required
• Active nursing license required in applicable state(s)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Adult and/or pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Experience with enteral nutrition, home health, or patient education preferred
