Overview Provide clinical nursing expertise to support the training and evaluation of healthcare-focused AI systems. Review, annotate, and evaluate clinical data, including patient records and care scenarios. Translate real-world nursing workflows into clear, structured training data for AI models.

Assess AI-generated healthcare communications for medical accuracy, safety, and empathy. Guide AI interactions to reflect best practices in patient care, documentation, and communication. Collaborate asynchronously with engineers, researchers, and data teams on healthcare AI initiatives.
