As a Payment Systems Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping member payments and account transactions running smoothly, accurately, and securely. What You'll Do
  • Process, balance, and reconcile payment system transactions and related accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support payment services operations, including electronic payments, card services, and stop payment requests
  • Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, disputes, errors, and member account issues
  • Monitor payment activity for potential fraud, abuse, and risk
  • Provide responsive support and guidance to members, community partners, and internal team members regarding payment-related services and transactions
  • Maintain accurate records, general ledger activity, and vendor communication

Is This You?
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Strong computer and application skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
