The impact
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our new Card Connect product. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team, to cultivate a robust pipeline and enhance sales. Your primary focus will be on generating new deals and establishing strong, lasting relationships in the digital payments landscape. By thoroughly understanding your customers' and prospects' organizations-delving into their stakeholders, strategic objectives, and operational processes-you will effectively acquire new customers and contribute to Method's success.
What you'll do
  • Develop a deep understanding of Card Connect and Method products and markets
  • Create new revenue by finding, qualifying and selling the solution within the digital payments space (e.g. e-commerce, merchants, wallets, card connectivity, payment gateways, one-click-checkout and tokenization)
  • Identify potential customers and navigate a complex end-to-end sales process, from solution scoping to contract finalization
  • Partner with senior leadership and the marketing team to shape the long-term vision and growth strategy, focusing on key sales and growth performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the go-to-market team to create compelling sales collateral, plan events, and implement account-based marketing initiatives
  • Work with the product team to drive product and business strategy based on customer feedback
Who you are
  • 5+ years of experience in a direct sales role, specifically selling in the digital payments space
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Skilled in articulating contractual, technical, and financial value propositions to customers, including executive leadership
  • Talented in identifying opportunities and closing deals through strategic negotiation

The annual US base salary range for this role is: $130,000 - $160,000. This role also includes a variable as part of the OTE.
