Senior Product Manager, Card PaymentsWhat does a successful Sr. Product Manager, Card Payments do at Fiserv?

The Senior Product Manager, Card Payments will play a key role in delivering the continued growth of the Fiserv’s global core processing capabilities solution which enables commerce in more than 50 countries. This payments product professional will focus on products throughout the lifecycle of card acquiring, especially interchange and settlement. They will focus on building new products and features to optimize card payments, accelerate money movement and delivery, and otherwise improve payment outcomes. They will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from strategy to definition to commercial delivery.

What You Will Do:
  • Defining the product strategy and requirements for new capabilities within the card acquiring and processing space, including interchange, card settlement, and merchant funding
  • Interface with clients, sales and account teams, payment networks, and other product teams to understand key product requirements
  • Define detailed product requirements for new features across the end-to-end experience for the payments lifecycle, including integration, boarding, processing, billing, reporting, and servicing
  • Partner closely with technology teams across the build lifecycle to successfully deliver
  • Work across stakeholder groups (operations, compliance, settlement, finance) around the world (e.g., North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia-Pacific) to achieve the desired outcomes
  • Responsible for ongoing product documentation, including roadmap, management updates, and go-to-market documentation for target clients
  • Follow industry standard product delivery methodologies
What You Need to Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Payment Consulting
  • Product management experience in the merchant acquiring or card network industry
  • Demonstrated experience delivering card payment products or features
What Is Nice to Have:
  • Experience working across global teams and cultures (e.g., EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
  • Experience working with clients, especially mid-sized, large national, or global corporations
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, or other similar tools

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range

$100,000.00 - $162,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
