Front Desk Associate Responsibilities:

  • Operate a switchboard telephone system, routing phone calls to the proper departments
  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, in order to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries, while providing excellent customer service
  • Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and teammates
  • Work with department managers on a daily basis
  • Other administrative duties as assigned, including office work and data entry

Front Desk Associate Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees, while multitasking
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check prior to employment
