Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Review, confirm, and reschedule daily appointments; complete daily call activities.
  • Monitor and organize customer concerns, escalating to management when appropriate.
  • Address customer issues promptly using the dealership’s CRM, as well as phone, text, and email communication channels.
  • Build and maintain trust with both customers and team members.
  • Accurately document and track customer concerns through to resolution.
  • Proactively engage customers by identifying their needs before being prompted.
  • Collaborate with fellow dealership staff to resolve customer questions and concerns.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the manufacturer’s standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure valid payment is collected, properly authorized for the correct amount, and accurately recorded in daily reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor in business attire, representing Empire with confidence.
  • Strong listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Solid work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, trust-building, and a focus on satisfaction.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing or phone-based service roles as a Receptionist.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to ongoing personal development.
  • Availability for a Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support holidays and weekends if needed.
  • Proficient multitasker with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
