Night Receptionist
WAUKESHA, WI
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers as they enter the Porsche Center, sales, service and parts making every guest feel special.
  • Connect the guest with the appropriate staff to assist with their needs.
  • Cashier all closed Porsche repair orders.
  • Ensure the showroom is always stocked to service customers with snacks and drinks.
  • Follow up with guests on recent visits, explain the survey process and ensure they had a superb experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls.
  • Schedule and confirm upcoming service appointments.
  • Help with event planning and coordination.
  • Filing as needed.

Requirements
  • Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
  • Shift Hours 9:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Ability to stay stationary for long periods of time
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
