Le poste
Le responsable du développement du réseau de concessionnaires a pour mission d'accroître la présence des produits LGM (ventes) auprès des concessionnaires existants et nouveaux, en utilisant le processus de développement consultatif exclusif de LGM : Distinction. Les responsables du développement du réseau de concessionnaires agissent sur cinq variables : les ressources humaines, la formation, la motivation, les outils et la gestion, afin de développer les concessionnaires et de garantir la conformité de LGM avec ses ententes avec les constructeurs, les concessionnaires et les partenaires.
 
Responsabilités principales
  • Visiter les concessionnaires pour établir de nouvelles relations d'affaires.
  • Visiter les concessionnaires pour maintenir les relations d'affaires existantes.
  • Aider les concessionnaires à accroître leur rentabilité au sein du service administratif. Aider les concessionnaires à accroître la productivité et les ventes de l'ensemble de la concession.
  • Former et accompagner le personnel de la concession sur les produits.
  • Offrir une expérience client optimale à chaque client, actuel et potentiel.
  • En partenariat avec les clients, élaborer des plans de développement personnalisés pour le programme Distinction, assortis d'objectifs clairs, et en suivre les résultats.
  • Faire rapport quotidiennement des résultats quantifiables de son travail.
  • Assurer aux constructeurs, aux concessionnaires et aux partenaires une visibilité sur les résultats de ses activités.
  • Effectuer des revues d'affaires régulières avec les comptes clés.
  • Participer activement aux discussions et aux initiatives de LGM et de l'équipe des ventes, et/ou en assumer la responsabilité.
 
Compétences requises
  • Capacité de vendre de manière intelligente et éthique.
  • Capacité de communiquer efficacement sur le secteur automobile.
  • Capacité de travailler, gérer et organiser son temps de manière autonome.
  • Capacité de comprendre et d'assimiler rapidement les informations sur les produits.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
 
Formation
  • Une formation postsecondaire est un atout.
  • Volonté de suivre le programme de l'Association canadienne des professionnels de la vente (ACPS). Disposition à suivre les programmes de formation et d'obtention de permis requis (le cas échéant).
 
Expérience
  • Excellents résultats et succès commerciaux.
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un service administratif de l'industrie automobile et des services financiers.

The Job

The Dealer Development Manager is responsible to increase LGM’s product penetration (sales) in existing and new dealerships utilizing LGM’s proprietary consultative dealer development process:  Distinction.  DDMs influence the five variables:  people, training, motivation, tools, and management to develop dealerships and ensure LGM complies with its OEM, dealers and partner agreements. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit dealerships to establish new business relationships.
  • Visit dealerships to maintain existing business relationships.
  • Assist dealers to increase their profitability in the Business Office.
  • Assist dealers to increase productivity and sales of the whole dealership.
  • Train and support dealership personnel on products.
  • Provide the best service experience to every existing, and potential client.
  • In partnership with customers, create customized Distinction development plans with clear objectives and monitor the results
  • Report quantifiable results from their work on a daily base
  • Provide OEMs, dealers and partners visibility and results of their activities
  • Handle business reviews with key accounts on a regular bases.
  • Actively participate and/or take responsibility in discussions and initiatives LGM and the Sales team pursue.
Required Skills
  • Ability to sell intelligently and ethically.
  • Ability to speak intelligently about the automotive industry.
  • Ability to think, manage and organize time independently.
  • Ability to comprehend and absorb product knowledge quickly.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of products.
Education
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Willingness to complete Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) program.
  • Willingness to complete requisite licensing programs (as applicable).
Experience
  • Proven track record of best-in-class performance and sales success.
  • 3+ years of automotive and F&I business office experience.
