Store Manager / Lead Optician – Bermel Vision & Aesthetics
Locations: Leesburg, Fairfax, or Gainesville, VA
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Owner / Regional Manager
The Role
We need an energetic, results-driven leader who can run the entire optical like their own business while keeping the patient experience world-class.
You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Driving optical sales, conversion rate, capture rate, and multiple-pair sales
  • Training, coaching, and developing the team daily (on-the-fly and formal reviews)
  • Inventory management, merchandising, and keeping the boards fresh
  • Weekly & monthly reporting and KPI tracking
  • Ensuring every patient receives the Elevated Patient Experience
  • Stepping in to sell, adjust, and troubleshoot when needed
Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5+ years optical management or strong lead optician experience
  • Virginia Licensed Optician strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of hitting sales goals and developing teams
  • Confident giving feedback and holding people accountable with kindness
  • Always learning and open to new systems and ideas
