Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Principal to join our Capital Solutions team to support the Firm's infrastructure debt capital markets initiatives. This senior leadership role focuses on originating and executing complex infrastructure financing transactions across sectors such as energy transition, transportation, digital infrastructure, and other related assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector expertise, a strong network of lenders and capital providers, and a proven ability to lead transactions and drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Origination Leadership: Lead the sourcing and development of infrastructure financing opportunities, leveraging industry relationships and market insights.
  • Transaction Execution: Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing solutions including senior debt, mezzanine, hybrid instruments, and ESG-linked products.
  • Client & Investor Engagement: Manage high-level relationships with institutional investors, banks, and advisors. Act as a strategic advisor to clients.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the strategic direction of the infrastructure finance platform, including product innovation, market positioning, and geographic expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior professionals, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to talent development and culture.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, or structured finance
  • Proven track record of leading complex transactions and managing senior client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of infrastructure sectors and associated financing structures.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months from start date)

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience with sustainable infrastructure and ESG-linked financing.
  • Familiarity with institutional investor dynamics and private credit markets.
  • Global transaction experience across developed and emerging markets.
  • Multilingual capabilities and cross-cultural fluency are a plus.

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$225,000.00 - $250,000.00
