Our client is a high-growth, technology-enabled company serving the rapidly expanding data center, AI infrastructure, hyperscale, cloud, and mission-critical infrastructure markets. The company is seeking an accomplished President / Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth, operational transformation, and market expansion.

The successful executive will be an entrepreneurial, commercially driven leader with a proven record of building and scaling businesses in data centers, AI infrastructure, electrical infrastructure, power generation, cooling, mission-critical systems, industrial technology, engineered products, construction/EPC, or related infrastructure markets.

The President/CEO will have full responsibility for the company's P&L, strategy, growth, operations, commercial organization, customer relationships, talent, and shareholder value creation.

This is an opportunity to lead a business positioned at the intersection of several of the world's most significant secular growth trends: AI adoption, hyperscale data-center expansion, cloud computing, electrification, grid modernization, advanced cooling, power availability, and increasing demand for high-density computing infrastructure.
