Job Responsibilities

  • Participates in accounting advisory engagements supporting capital markets and transaction activity.
  • Assists in preparing technical accounting analyses and client deliverables.
  • Applies foundational to intermediate accounting knowledge to engagement tasks.
  • Collaborates with engagement team members to support timely delivery.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve engagement processes and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 1–6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or progress toward CPA.
  • Experience supporting audit readiness or transaction related engagements.

Additional Role Expectations

  • Travel: Up to 25%.
  • Peak Periods: Increased workload during engagement cycles.
  • Licensure Progress: Progress toward CPA where applicable.
  • Scheduling: Flexibility based on client needs.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $77,700 - $146,900

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
