Position Summary

This role includes customer service responsibilities including inbound and outbound calling, scheduling and dispatching. Some light administrative work may also be required. Youโ€™ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call and the organizational backbone supporting daily office operations. Customer Service (CSR Duties)

ยท Answer incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly

Administrative Support

ยท Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (1+ year preferred)
