Inspection/Filer POSITION SUMMARY - 2nd shift 2:15pm-10:15pm

The CM Lining Inspector & Filer is responsible for the overall quality of the plastic caps and liners.

Filing rough caps to smooth them to continue through production process. Mostly sitting and attention to detail and focus.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


  • Check the quality of caps, looking for cracks, chips, or other defects, ensuring that they meet company standards.
  • If caps have liners, ensure liner is adhered to the cap properly.
  • Ensure that type of liner matches the order.
  • Pull out any defective pieces and place into scrap bin.
  • Call material handler to move boxes away from station when they are full.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the area.
  • Other misc. duties as assigned.

  • Communication- Oral and written, must be able to read and communicate with others effectively using the spoken word.
  • Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
