InspectMore is a growing home inspection company serving the Greater Austin metro area. We’re looking for our first Lead Inspector — someone who wants to be more than an employee. This is a chance to build something from the ground up alongside ownership, with real earning upside and zero out-of-pocket costs.
This is a W-2 position — not 1099. You get the stability of employment with the upside of commission.
How You’re Paid:Once your commission volume passes the base, you’re paid on commission — no cap. Inspectors averaging 20+ inspections/month are earning $60K–$75K+ annually. After your first year, hitting target volume bumps your base to $3,500 and your commission rate to 42%.
On top of that:Your focus is simple: show up, inspect thoroughly, build relationships with agents, and represent the company well in the field.
