General Summary

Supervises the daily operations of the regional Customer Alliance Program (CAP) team while supporting customer relationships, account management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee regional CAP operations and daily team activities.
  • Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate team members.
  • Support CAP sales efforts by partnering with Account Managers on customer presentations, pricing, and account implementation.
  • Manage new CAP account setup and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Visit customer locations to review inventory performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate CAP meetings and maintain program materials and resources.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve CAP processes and procedures.
  • Support regional quality and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
