YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.


As the Public Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. You will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. Housekeeping Associates play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
  • Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted
  • Make sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevator landing, stairwells, and linen storage rooms are clean
  • Remove all trash from public areas
  • Assist laundry by sorting linen for washing
  • Ensure housekeeping closets on each floor are fully stocked
  • Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines
  • Pick up ground litter around hotel or wherever visible

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

  • Housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

  • U.S. Work Authorization (required).
