Supply PlannerYour core responsibilities at a glance:
  • Managing production flow from internal factories: monitoring production and delivery plans and ensuring supply continuity.
  • Collaborating within project teams on technological transformation projects and production transfers between sites, including creation of ad-hoc analysis & reports
  • Define, test, and update MRP parameters for materials to ensure planning accuracy.
  • Ensuring healthy stock levels, identifying OOS, OOS risk and ageing risks, and proactively proposing solutions
  • Creating and maintaining service reports and implementing analyses in planning scenarios

The ideal recipe for our new Supply Planner Non-BUE Factories:
  • 2 years of experience as Production Planner / Supply Planner / Demand Planner in complex and dynamic environment, preferably with experience in international FMCG organizations
  • Degree in Managmenet Engineering, Supply Chain Management or IT fields
  • Data analysis skills, advanced Excel (Power Query, nested functions)
  • Experience working with SAP HANA (especially MM and PP modules)
  • Basic knowledge of MS PBI
  • Experience with database tools (examples: Angles for SAP, SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, OLAP cube)
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Basics of programming in Python (or C++/ R), knowledge of SQL syntax will be considered a plus
