MainStreet Family Care operates 67 urgent care clinics across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina, with a focus on expanding access to quality healthcare in underserved and rural communities. We're growing - and we're building the team to do it right.

Role Overview

The Campus Outreach & Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for full-cycle recruiting of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with a focus on pipeline development through campus engagement, conference representation, and our student preceptor program. This role is highly visible, travel-dependent, and well-suited for someone who is organized, relationship-driven, and motivated by mission.

Core Responsibilities

Campus & Conference Outreach

  • Represent MainStreet at career fairs, campus presentations, and regional/national conferences
  • Build and maintain relationships with NP and PA program faculty, student organizations, and career services offices
  • Serve as a consistent, credible point of contact for students exploring post-graduation opportunities

Recruitment & Pipeline Management

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for APP roles, from initial outreach through offer
  • Maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (ApplicantStack) LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing strategies
  • Track outreach activity, applicant data, and conversion metrics to inform strategy

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual recruitment events, managing all logistics, communication, and follow-up
  • Coordinate booth presence, materials, and travel arrangements for conferences and campus visits

Student Preceptor Program

  • Manage and grow our NP and PA student preceptor program
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities across the Southeast
  • Track student placements and program outcomes; identify opportunities to expand reach

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and recruiting metrics
  • Report regularly on pipeline health, event ROI, and program performance
  • Use data to identify what's working and where to adjust

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable presenting to groups and building relationships at all levels
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel commitments simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with an ATS preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
