Job description

The CRM Operations Manager owns campaign delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and configuration through testing, deployment, and performance measurement. This role ensures that every campaign launches accurately, on time, and aligned to the strategic intent behind it. The work sits at the center of OneMagnify's CRM delivery operation, connecting strategy, creative, data, and platform teams into a reliable, repeatable production system.

The Impact You'll Have:

Strategy is only as good as what actually reaches the customer. The CRM Operations Manager is the person who makes sure the work ships cleanly, correctly, and at the quality standard the account demands. That means owning the operational rigor that turns a strategic brief into a live campaign: requirements documentation, audience logic, QA protocols, deployment sequencing, and performance tracking.

The role also drives how the delivery operation improves over time. By identifying failure points, tightening processes, and maintaining transparency into campaign health, the CRM Operations Manager builds the kind of operational infrastructure that lets the broader team move faster without breaking things.

What You'll Do:

Own Campaign Delivery End-to-End

Manage the full campaign lifecycle across strategy coordination, creative development, testing, proofing, approvals, and deployment. Define and document campaign requirements, including data criteria, test plans, tagging specifications, audience segmentation, and dynamic business rules.

Drive Quality & Operational Rigor

Maintain rigorous QA protocols that ensure accuracy and consistency across every campaign. Track project health, flag risks early, and keep production timelines on track across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Analyze Performance & Improve Process

Monitor campaign performance, surface insights, and translate results into process and program improvements. Stay current on email deliverability standards, regulatory requirements, and privacy considerations that affect campaign operations.

What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of experience in email, campaign, or digital project management, with hands-on knowledge of production and deployment workflows at scale, including high-volume, multi-brand, or multi-market programs with complex segmentation and versioning logic

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns without losing accuracy or momentum

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted campaign operations: automated QA, send-time optimization, or predictive performance flagging.

  • Familiarity with modern CRM platforms (SFMC, Braze, Adobe) and how platform-native automation can streamline production workflows

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Perspective on how agentic AI and autonomous orchestration will reshape campaign operations, moving from manual build-and-deploy toward self-assembling, self-optimizing campaign workflows

  • Exposure to prompt-driven content assembly or dynamic creative optimization as part of the campaign production process
