Job description

Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE is a rapidly growing part of TikTok's global ecosystem, offering creators powerful tools to connect with audiences in real time. The LIVE Creator Growth team focuses on expanding creator coverage, improving content quality, and driving monetization through scalable campaigns and education strategies. We're looking for a creative, data-driven Music Campaign Manager to help shape the future of music livestreaming on TikTok. What you will do: As a sophisticated Campaign Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of scalable, data-driven initiatives to accelerate growth within TikTok LIVE's creator ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creative execution, requiring strong business acumen to translate insights into impactful programs that drive measurable outcomes across creator acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creator Insights & Ecosystem Strategy - Build a structured understanding of the creator ecosystem across segments (emerging - mid-tier - top creators), identifying key growth levers and lifecycle dynamics. - Analyze creator behavior, content patterns, and monetization drivers, with clear differentiation from other verticals (e.g., lifestyle, gaming). - Leverage data to identify systemic gaps and opportunities across the funnel (activation, retention, monetization), and define scalable solutions. - Partner with data and product teams to establish key metrics, benchmarks, and performance tracking frameworks. 2. Campaign Strategy & Growth Programs - Design and execute targeted, insight-driven creator growth programs (~2/month), segmented by creator tier, content format, and performance signals. - Translate business goals (e.g., revenue growth, feature adoption, creator retention) into structured campaign hypotheses and execution plans. - Continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness through data analysis, deriving actionable insights to iterate, optimize, and scale successful initiatives. - Drive measurable impact across key KPIs such as creator activation, engagement, monetization, and long-term retention. 3. Creative Strategy & Scalable Enablement - Develop scalable, creator-facing assets (toolkits, playbooks, visual/video content) that translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance. - Identify and productize best practices through high-performing creator case studies, enabling replication at scale via creator managers and programs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Design to ensure alignment between campaign strategy and platform priorities. - Balance creative storytelling with performance insights to ensure content is both engaging and outcome-driven.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1. 3+ years of experience in campaign strategy, creator operations, or growth marketing within a digital/content platform. 2. Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives tied to measurable business outcomes (e.g., growth, engagement, monetization). 3. Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data (e.g., dashboards, cohort/funnel analysis) to drive decisions and optimize performance. 4. Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable creator-facing materials (e.g., playbooks, toolkits, short-form/video content). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in creator growth, content strategy, or performance marketing-ideally within music, entertainment, or live-streaming ecosystems. 2. Familiarity with creator monetization models (e.g., gifting, subscriptions) and platform growth dynamics. 3. Proven ability to scale initiatives (from pilot to program) with measurable impact. 4. Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
