THE JOB:

The Marketing Campaign Programming Manager is responsible for the operational programming and execution of direct marketing and guest engagement campaigns. This role translates marketing strategy into executable workflows within marketing platforms, ensuring campaigns and offers are configured accurately, deployed on schedule, and aligned with established marketing parameters. The Marketing Campaign Programming Manager configures campaign assets, validates data integrity, and manages execution workflows that support revenue generating marketing initiatives. The role also evaluates and adapts existing operational methods to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support evolving marketing needs. Through accurate execution and operational oversight, this position helps ensure marketing campaigns are delivered effectively and contribute to departmental performance and guest engagement objectives.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Translate campaign briefs provided by strategy teams into executable workflows within the campaign management platform. Build and configure campaign assets including audience selections, variable content, creative placeholders, offer logic, and deployment parameters. Independently manage the operational workflow for campaigns, ensuring all required components such as offers, creative assets, and audience files are uploaded, validated, and scheduled accurately. Perform pre-deployment quality checks by validating data integrity, testing campaign workflows, and confirming completion of required approval processes. Adapt and refine campaign programming workflows when operational challenges arise, improving execution efficiency and reducing potential errors. Coordinate with cross functional partners including Creative, Email Design, IT, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign components. Troubleshoot technical or data issues that occur during campaign setup and work with IT or platform support teams to resolve execution barriers. Prepare and transmit final campaign output files such as direct mail lists, creative assets, and approval documentation to external vendors and validate production proofs. Ensure accurate setup and configuration of offers within systems such as Patron Management, PKMS, OMS, and customer account platforms. Monitor campaign executions to confirm successful deployment, maintain documentation of execution activities and quality assurance findings, and escalation issues when necessary. Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution processes and recommend operational enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, or scalability. Provide operational expertise to property marketing teams by helping partners understand campaign processes, timelines, platform capabilities, and execution requirements.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Has a Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  • Have 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in campaign operations, direct marketing execution, digital marketing production, or related fields - Preferred
  • Experience with campaign or CRM systems - Preferred
  • Familiarity with data file structures, list management, and quality assurance practices - Preferred
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities - Preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy - Preferred
