The Campaign Operations Specialist provides advanced operational support across tracking, attribution, and lead routing systems, while assisting with key media partner relationships and supporting campaign launch readiness.

Essential Functions/Duties Performed Regularly:

  1. Own tracking and attribution setup for assigned partner accounts, including troubleshooting escalated issues.
  2. Assist with managing relationships of assigned media partners, acting as both technical and commercial point of contact.
  3. Guide campaign launch readiness: validate tracking, routing, and compliance ahead of go-live.
  4. Collaborate with the Digital Operations Coordinator on shared tools and processes.
  5. Audit live campaigns within assigned accounts for delivery, tracking, or compliance discrepancies.
  6. Escalate unresolved or high-risk issues with diagnostic context.

Skills Needed:

  • Advanced knowledge of tracking infrastructure (GTM, pixels, event pipelines, UTM governance)
  • Proven ability to manage a partner or account relationship independently
  • Troubleshooting skills beyond entry level — able to diagnose, not just flag, discrepancies
  • Comfortable acting as a technical resource for partners directly
  • Solid reporting and data reconciliation skills

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, sitting, repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard, are frequently required.
