HPE is seeking a Campaign Planner. This is the hybrid role based in the United States.

How You'll Make Your Mark

The Campaign Planner plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of HPE Integrated Campaign strategy. Working in partnership with the Campaign Lead, this individual will help bring campaign strategy to life through coordinated execution across digital, content, media, events, channel, and geo marketing teams.

This role serves as a key liaison across multiple stakeholders, ensuring campaign initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to strategy, and optimized to drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and marketing execution skills to support one of HPE's most strategic growth areas.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Campaign Lead in executing the annual campaign strategy and roadmap.
  • Coordinating campaign activities across product marketing, digital, media, content, channel, alliance, and geo marketing teams.
  • Managing campaign timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Serving as a day-to-day point of contact for campaign stakeholders and helping drive alignment across teams.
  • Tracking campaign requests, priorities, and deliverables while ensuring consistency with overall campaign objectives.
  • Supporting major campaign activations, including industry events, virtual programs, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating development and deployment of multi-channel marketing programs, including digital, nurture, web, content, and paid media activities.
  • Gathering and consolidating feedback from geo marketing teams, product marketing, business units, and other stakeholders to help improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting campaign reporting, performance analysis, and executive readouts.
  • Monitoring campaign execution and recommending adjustments to improve performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Managing campaign documentation, briefs, communications, and operational processes.
  • Coordinating alliance and MDF-funded marketing activities as required.
  • Supporting communications and engagement with channel marketing stakeholders and partner teams.
  • Reviewing campaign deliverables for alignment with messaging, objectives, and business priorities.
  • Helping maintain campaign governance processes and ensuring stakeholders remain informed on campaign plans and progress.
About You Knowledge and skills required:
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven collaboration skills and experience working across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel marketing execution.
  • Experience coordinating digital, content, event, media, and demand generation initiatives.
