The ideal candidate is a nimble, tech-forward, highly organized digital marketer who enjoys moving quickly, creating content, solving problems, and supporting multiple communities at once. They are comfortable jumping from an email campaign to a website update to a social post to a video script to a campaign QA check without losing track of the details.
Multifamily experience is highly preferred, but experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, healthcare, fitness, restaurants, home services, or other multi-location businesses is also highly relevant.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Execution Support
  • Implement daily updates for all digital campaigns
  • Make approved changes to campaigns, creative assets, targeting, and tracking based on property needs and performance data.
  • Support budget adjustments and campaign modifications.
  • Monitor campaign performance and flag significant changes.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Operate in close alignment with Revenue Management and Asset Management to ensure all digital actions directly support current pricing strategy, demand needs, and revenue objectives.
Property Watch List and Community Support
  • Act as primary digital contact for watch list properties and community-specific marketing requests.
  • Review property metrics and prepare observations for leadership.
  • Execute approved actions such as content, website, and campaign updates.
  • Track and document all property-level digital requests.
Content, Video, and Creative Production
  • Create on-page content, campaign copy, email drafts, and social messaging.
  • Develop short-form video concepts and creative briefs.
  • Use AI tools to draft and refine marketing materials.
  • Edit for accuracy, brand voice, compliance, and clarity.
  • Produce multiple versions of creative content for testing.
Social Media Execution and Profile Support
  • Schedule and manage social media content aligned with property needs.
  • Ensure profiles remain current, accurate, and compliant.
  • Monitor social engagement and escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
Email Marketing Execution
  • Build, test, and send targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage segments, monitor metrics, and suggest improvements for review.
Website, Landing Page, Reporting, and QA
  • Update web pages, landing pages, and forms as needed.
  • Review content accuracy and escalate technical or performance issues.
  • Deliver timely reporting on demand metrics (traffic, leads, cost, and trends) to support pricing strategy, leasing execution, and capital allocation decisions.
  • Aggregate, validate, and summarize performance data to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy across properties.
  • Conduct QA checks before launches.
PR and Local Visibility Support
  • Partner with Marketing leadership on press-worthy opportunities, ensuring messaging is brand-aligned, accurate, and appropriate for the audience.
  • Draft basic PR-support materials such as local story briefs, event recaps, award blurbs, community announcements, website updates, social posts, email content, and talking points.
  • Repurpose approved PR and community visibility moments across digital channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and short-form video concepts.
  • Flag sensitive, reputational, resident, media, or crisis-related matters to the appropriate leader rather than independently managing PR responses.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, healthcare, fitness, restaurants, home services, or multi-location/local-market businesses.
  • Hands-on experience executing above
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, polished, brand-aligned copy quickly across email, web, ads, social media, landing pages, and video scripts.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and structured prompts to accelerate copywriting, video scripting, content planning, campaign ideation, social content, and creative variations.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially around campaign setup, links, UTM tracking, copy accuracy, brand standards, social profile accuracy, and compliance.
  • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple requests, and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to review performance data, identify trends, and flag potential issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, agencies, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Basic understanding of PR, local publicity, community storytelling, and how to translate property or brand moments into digital marketing content.
Technical Expectations
  • Hands-on experience with HEAP Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and/or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including email campaign creation, list segmentation, campaign tracking, and source attribution.

  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, or equivalent platforms.
  • Comfort using AI tools for copywriting, video scripting, content planning, campaign ideation, social content development, creative testing, and workflow acceleration.
  • Basic understanding of UTM tracking, pixels, conversion events, campaign naming conventions, tagging QA, and reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to use creative, video, or social content tools to support short-form video planning, basic editing coordination, creative briefs, and content development.
  • Familiarity with tools or workflows for monitoring local mentions, organizing PR opportunities, and repurposing approved PR content across digital channels.
