The primary objective of a campaign manager is to help a candidate win an election by educating voters about their platform and experience. These campaigns can range from small local elections for city council or mayor to statewide elections for representatives and governor, or even national election campaigns for congressional representatives and presidential candidates.

What does a campaign manager do?

A Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing or political campaigns. Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager is the connective tissue of our marketing team. You'll work directly with our Marketing Director to keep campaigns moving, systems running, and nothing falling through the cracks. This is not a creative role—it's a make-it-happen role. You're the person who ensures every launch is airtight, every partner email gets answered, and every backend task is handled before anyone has to ask twice.

If you thrive on organization, love a good checklist, and get genuine satisfaction from building order out of chaos—this role was written for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DOProject & Campaign Management
  • Own project organization, timelines, and follow-ups across all marketing initiatives
  • Manage backend of campaign launches: uploading product descriptions, QA-ing links, confirming everything is live and working correctly
  • Create and maintain forms, trackers, and internal communication templates
  • Support campaign planning and keep the team accountable to deadlines
Systems & Tool Integrations
  • Lead day-to-day management of Flock integration
  • Own GJM integration setup and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage SMS and app push notification scheduling and execution
  • Support Ads and Meta Workbook integration and reporting
B2B & Partner Communications
  • Serve as first point of contact for all B2B inquiries — managing and responding to inbound emails on behalf of the marketing and sales team
  • Handle email communications with brand partners, wholesale accounts, and collaborators
  • Support the Creative and Marketing Director on all B2B follow-ups and relationship management
Content & Community Operations
  • Maintain content organization across shared drives and asset libraries
  • Help send community-facing communications and forms via MD copy
  • Support D2C sales initiatives with operational and communication tasks
Finance & Inventory Operations
  • Process and track invoices across marketing vendors and partners
  • Assist in developing and executing aged inventory strategies in partnership with the marketing team

WHO YOU ARE

  • Obsessively organized — you don't let things slip, and you proactively follow up
  • A clear, confident communicator — especially in writing
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once without losing the details
  • Tech-savvy and fast to learn new tools and platforms
  • Energized by fast-paced environments and brand-driven work
  • A self-starter who asks what else needs to get done — not what's on their job description
  • Passionate about the Fore All brand, golf culture, or women's sports (a plus, not a requirement)
NICE TO HAVES
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or e-commerce backends
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social workflows
  • Prior experience in a DTC brand, agency, or startup environment
  • Background in project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience supporting B2B sales or wholesale operations
WHAT WE OFFER
  • A front-row seat to building a fast-growing women's golf brand
  • Direct collaboration with the Marketing Director and leadership team
  • A role that will grow as the brand grows
  • A team that moves fast, communicates openly, and cares about doing great work
