We are looking for a driven and experienced TikTok Shop Manager who knows how to turn content and community into commerce. This person is equal parts strategist and executor – someone who understands the TikTok ecosystem deeply and uses data to continuously improve performance. What You’ll Do

TikTok Shop Management

  • Own and manage the Just Ingredients TikTok Shop from end to end – including product listings, inventory accuracy, promotions, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure product content is optimized, accurate, and aligned with JI's brand standards.
  • Monitor shop health, customer feedback, and platform compliance requirements to maintain a best‑in‑class storefront.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies that drive sales, grow brand awareness, and align with Just Ingredients' mission and values.
  • Monitor TikTok trends and platform updates to identify opportunities and ensure JI remains competitive in the social commerce space.
  • Test new ideas, formats, and strategies with a growth mindset – learning quickly and iterating based on results.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators including sales, ROI, affiliate performance, and campaign metrics – providing regular reporting to leadership.
  • Optimize product listings, content strategy, and affiliate campaigns based on data‑driven insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards or reporting tools that give clear visibility into TikTok Shop performance.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Affiliate and Product teams to align TikTok Shop initiatives with broader brand campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on TikTok Shop – educating and advising cross‑functional partners.
