OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that help create awareness for the overall Revere Health brand in the organization’s key marketing areas. In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager will have primary responsibility to partner with Revere Health administrators and physicians to create effective marketing and advertising strategies that drive patient acquisition for Revere Health specialties and/or individual providers. The Senior Marketing Manager will have a successful track record of leveraging both digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand identity, physician reputation, and practice area specialties.


LEADERSHIP ROLE


  • Strategic Leadership Role

Support organizational goals by working with the Director of Marketing to create marketing strategies that support the overall business objectives identified by Revere Health’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. This includes taking a leadership role within the marketing department in developing annual strategies and budgets that support the upcoming year’s business plan.

  • Department/Provider Initiatives

Proactively work with administrators and physicians to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that establish, grow, and maintain an effective market presence. These strategies will consistently facilitate practice growth.

  • Stakeholder Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and unified messaging.

  • Brand Gatekeeper

Be a leader in maintaining brand consistency in every medium used to promote Revere Health. This includes educating and enforcing Revere Health visual and messaging standards in all Revere Health marketing initiatives.

  • Project Management

Take the lead in managing marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget for Revere Health.

  • Marketing Initiative Analysis

Using measurement tools, consistently analyze campaign/project results and submit final campaign summary whether it relates to individual office/provider campaigns or overall Revere Health marketing initiatives.

  • Budget Management

Monitor budget, negotiate with vendors and manage expenses for both company and specialty/practice specific campaigns.


TACTICAL RESPONSIBILITES


  • Message Development

Work with the Director and Communications Manager to develop effective and compelling messaging that supports key campaigns and initiatives. This includes creating purposeful messaging that reach potential patients at significant decision points during the spectrum of their healthcare needs.

  • Building Signage

Ensure the effective design, installation, and maintenance of exterior and interior signage for Revere Health's physical locations, creating a cohesive and visually impactful representation of the brand that enhances wayfinding.

  • SWAG Management

Manage branded merchandise, selecting items aligned with marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating distribution to maximize brand exposure.

  • Managing Internship Program

Create a structured learning experience within the marketing department, mentoring interns, and facilitating their professional growth.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required
  • 5-8+ years of general marketing experience
  • At 3-5 years of relevant experience in a proactive marketing role, preferably related to healthcare.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that achieve a significant return on investment.
  • Interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with marketing staff and end-users in a collaborative and professional manner.
  • Strong analytical skills that enable the individual to make strategic decisions based on data.
  • Experience with project management systems
