Job description

Our mission at 97th Floor is to elevate people and brands we believe in. That's what we're focused on when we help our clients meet their marketing goals and lead people to brands and products they need.
You'll thrive here if you're motivated to do work you're proud of, you enjoy close collaboration, and you're naturally curious about human psychology.
We've partnered with companies like AT&T, Oatly, eos, and Zoom. And now we're looking for someone who wants to join our team with advertising expertise, fresh eyes, and genuine excitement to achieve results.

What you'll do:

  • Own and execute paid media strategies across a portfolio of complex, high-investment accounts managing campaign structure, targeting, creative direction, and budget pacing across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, and Competitor), Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic/CTV platforms like StackAdapt.
  • Manage and optimize $400K+ in monthly ad spend, balancing short-term performance with long-term account health across diverse client verticals.
  • Drive full-funnel campaign builds end-to-end: audience development, keyword strategy, bidding, creative testing, conversion tracking, and budget pacing.
  • Lead AI-driven campaign features - including Performance Max and AI Max - with a disciplined approach to launch, monitoring, and reporting so clients understand what's working and why.
  • Collaborate closely with content strategists, designers, and account directors to develop creative and messaging that's grounded in audience insight and performance feedback.
  • Translate business objectives into channel strategy, using performance data to prioritize platforms, audiences, and investment levels that drive measurable growth.
  • Own conversion tracking and UTM hygiene across accounts, ensuring accurate attribution and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards that connect platform metrics to real business outcomes.
  • Lead client communication for all advertising initiatives - explaining strategy, performance, tradeoffs, and next steps in a way that's clear, confident, and consultative.
  • Scale your impact across the agency by mentoring junior media buyers, contributing to internal playbooks, and sharing platform updates and best practices across the ads team.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and programmatic networks - proactively testing new formats and features before clients ask about them.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required)
  • Minimum four years of hands-on paid media experience managing campaigns across at least four platforms - Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and programmatic/CTV experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complexity across multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing competing priorities without dropping performance quality.
  • Deep fluency in Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and AI Max - including how to structure, monitor, and explain them to clients.
  • Skilled at interpreting ROAS, CPA, CPL, and other performance signals to make fast, well-reasoned optimizations across targeting, creative, and budget allocation.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and dashboard reporting, including building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards tied to client business goals.
  • Strong client communication and strategic storytelling skills - the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations that help clients understand the "why," not just the "what."
  • Skilled at identifying the highest-impact priorities across a full account load and managing time accordingly.
